Engraving

Laser engraving is removing a material layer using an almost parallel beam of monochromatic light highly consistent in time and space and with a great power density. Thanks to power adjustment we can change engraving depth. Through contactless machining, small diameter of laser radius and digital control it is possible to engrave any graphics with even the smallest details. High engraving speed allows for cost reduction, especially in the case of large surfaces and engraving of graphics with filled contours. In such case, laser engraving has advantage over mechanical engraving. Engraving is broadly used in advertising - signboards with illuminated edges, durable logotypes, information boards; building industry - ornaments on the surface of interior equipment; industry - finish product marking, name plates, diffusers, illuminated panels. We perform engravings on plexiglass, engraving laminates, wood and wood materials.

Mechanical engraving involves  removal of a layer of material using a shaped cutter tool. It enables the engraver to insert a graphic motif or marking on flat surfaces on almost any material. With numerical control, the craftsman can engrave any shape. Mechanical engraving provides constant width and depth control of engraved lines. This type of engraving is particularly advantageous in the case of graphics or letters along a contour or engraving borderlines around elements. In such cases, mechanical engraving has an advantage over laser engraving. Engraving is often used in advertising while making plaques and signs with illuminated outlines, and panels. Industrial uses and construction involve product labelling and creating information boards. We can engrave on Plexiglas, polycarbonate and other plastics, on wood-based materials, as well as composite panels (Dibond), and aluminium.
